Representation of a large pharmaceutical manufacturer on multiple sites throughout the country, including Ohio. We are working directly and on a daily basis with the company’s Retained Environmental Matters Group on the management and remediation of significantly contaminated properties. Chris Habel has negotiated voluntary cleanup orders, overseen or assisted in extensive soil and ground water investigation and treatment system design, evaluated regulatory and permit compliance issues in connection with the cleanup and pursued other responsible parties for contribution. The firm has also been working extensively with the company on its U.S. Sustainability efforts.
