Will work out of the firm’s Cincinnati office
Known for his experience in complex commercial litigation, Jamie M. Ramsey is the newest Member in Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Cincinnati office. Ramsey has represented both private and public companies in federal and state courts throughout the country. Named as one of The Best Lawyers in America for commercial litigation since 2015, Ramsey brings a breadth of litigation experience in everything from breach of contract claims to trademark infringement to class action litigation.
Having created and chaired the Privacy & Data Security practice group at his previous firm, Ramsey also has substantial experience helping clients navigate the complex legal framework impacting the collection, use, and protection of personal information.

Ramsey is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University Chase School of Law. He serves on the Board of Directors of Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services, Inc. where he chairs the Human Resources and Legal Committee. He previously served on the Executive Committee of Children’s Law Center, Inc. and is a Board Member Emeritus of the NKU Foundation.
