Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is pleased to announce that Tyler Powell has joined the firm’s Lexington office as a member of the Business Litigation practice group. Powell has extensive experience representing financial institutions and other lenders in litigation to assert and protect liens and security interests, and to recover on loans both in state and federal court. He has represented clients in these matters, including in bankruptcy court, across the state for more than 10 years.
Powell will continue to represent lending institutions in workout/ collection and liability issues, as well as clients in various bankruptcy-related matters. Powell earned a BA from the University of Kentucky in 2000 and a JD from Washington University in St. Louis in 2003.
