Amendments to Author Agreement

Due to the settlement of a large litigation matter, an information collection and delivery company amended almost all of its author agreements. While some amendments were rote and mechanical amendments, others were complex and required extensive negotiations with authors. Frost Brown Todd assists with both the simple and complex amendments, and was integral in assisting this company in obtaining a majority of the amendments by the end of 2009.
