On August 29, 2008 and again on September 12, 2008, on behalf of Mohammed Bashir Ahmmad, David Walulik and Erica Schoenberger were granted a preliminary and then permanent injunction in the shareholder rights lawsuit, Ahmmad v. Ahmed, No. 08-CVH-08-11879 (Franklin County, Ohio). FBT attorneys were initially denied a temporary restraining order, but prevailed on the preliminary injunction after a full evidentiary hearing concerning the ability of a majority shareholder of a privately held company to restrain a minority shareholder from operating under the business trade name.
