Raghav is a senior associate in Frost Brown Todd’s Tax practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Raghav has worked for Big Four and middle-market accounting firms where he advised clients on federal and international tax issues involving corporate re-organizations, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and transfer pricing. Raghav focuses his practice on developing tax-efficient planning strategies for clients and advising domestic and multinational businesses across a broad spectrum of state and local, federal, and international tax issues.
Raghav Agnihotri practices across a range of federal and state and local tax planning matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and spinoffs. Raghav advises Fortune 500 and middle market clients on specialized tax issues including advising on tax and corporate law reform, developing effective tax policies, and managing reorganizations. Raghav also advises clients on blockchain and cryptocurrency conversions and transactions, token grants and offerings, along with investment and entity structuring.
