“We look forward to Scott joining our team and helping Frost Brown Todd grow our corporate law practice in Columbus and across Ohio,” said Business Combinations & Capital Transactions practice group leader James Giesel. “Scott’s extensive experience in everything from mergers & acquisitions and fiduciary counseling to debt finance and corporate governance will be a great benefit to our clients.”

Bent is a graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz School of Law. Before becoming a lawyer, he served as a member of the Teach for America Corps.
