Gordon Young has joined Frost Brown Todd’s San Francisco office as a partner in its Business & Commercial Litigation practice. Young joins from Barr & Young Attorneys, a Bay Area litigation boutique he founded in 2013. Prior to Barr & Young, Young was a partner in the international law firm Keesal, Young & Logan, where he spent more than two decades serving in leadership roles.
Young is a seasoned trial lawyer with three decades of experience trying and arbitrating cases – including more than 80 to conclusion — for Fortune 500 companies, banks, broker-dealers, trustees, individuals, and investment advisors. He has successfully handled hundreds of securities, trusts and estates, probate, employment, unfair competition, trade secret, and personal injury matters in both court and arbitration.

Young has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer every year since 2007 for his work in securities litigation. Since 2012, he has been recognized by Best Lawyers for his work in products liability litigation, and he has been peer-rated AV Preeminent (the highest possible rating) by Martindale Hubble for more than 15 years.

Young earned his J.D. at the University of San Francisco School of Law and B.A. at Saint Mary’s College of California.
