Eric J. Beecher – Beecher advises private companies and their stakeholders on legal and strategic matters in all stages of the business lifecycle, including planning and formation, succession, mergers and acquisitions, and operational issues. His extensive transactional experience spans industries and deal sizes from under $1 million to over $300 million. As a member of the firm’s Business Combinations & Capital Transactions and Private Equity Practice Groups and its Manufacturing Industry Team, Beecher provides practical, forward-thinking counsel and innovative, tailored solutions to advance his clients’ pursuit of continued growth and success. Previously, he served as an assistant attorney general for Minnesota, with a primary focus on state employment regulation.
Alexander J. Johnson – Johnson is an experienced intellectual property attorney focusing on patents and trademarks, helping U.S. and international clients protect and strategically leverage their IP assets. With over a decade of experience in patent searches, patent application preparation, patent prosecution, trademark assessments, and validity and infringement analyses. Johnson helps manage portfolios for early-stage companies, venture-backed entities, and established businesses. Johnson has a degree in chemistry, but works extensively in the mechanical and electrical fields in addition to the chemical arts. In addition to his patent and trademark practice, Johnson assists in all transactional and commercial agreements involving intellectual property including master services agreements, manufacturing agreements, licensing agreements, and technology transfer agreements. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Paul J. Linden – Linden is a seasoned litigator and registered patent attorney focusing on patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright matters both in federal courts and before the USPTO’s Patent Trial and Appeal Board and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. He also provides strategic consultation on pre-suit matters, including patent validity and freedom to operate. Linden serves as co-chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s IP Litigation Committee and teaches an IP seminar at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. In 2025, he became chair of the All-Ohio Annual Institute on Intellectual Property, a long-standing annual conference for IP practitioners.
Jonathan M. Siderits – Siderits is skilled in intellectual property law with a focus on patents in the mechanical arts, assisting clients with U.S., international, and foreign patent preparation, prosecution, and related investigations on patentability, infringement, and clearance. His experience spans diverse technologies, including wind turbine systems, medical devices, robotics, additive manufacturing, automotive parts, and fiber optic communications. Siderits’ proficiency ensures comprehensive IP protection and strategic counsel for clients navigating complex patent matters.

Daniel A. Murray – Murray concentrates his practice in intellectual property law, with experience across patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets in both transactional and litigation contexts. His background includes extensive work in the telecommunications, automotive, energy, and smartphone industries. Additionally, she counsels large corporations and retailers in complex product liability disputes, providing strategic defense and litigation support.
Patricia Román Hass – Román Hass is a business litigator who provides strategic counsel to clients navigating complex commercial disputes. She represents manufacturers, insurance companies, real estate developers, financial institutions, and other businesses in matters involving breach of contract, trade secrets, eminent domain, and business torts. From initial conflict to resolution, she ensures clients make informed decisions to protect their business interests. Before joining the firm, she served as general counsel for a legal services corporation, advising on litigation avoidance, ethics, employment, and insurance coverage.

Benjamin C. Coffman – Coffman advises borrowers, developers, investors, and lenders on commercial real estate transactions. He has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in mortgage loans for life insurance companies, REITs, private equity funds, and national developers, spanning acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and redevelopments. His experience includes multifamily housing, student housing, office spaces, retail centers, medical offices, and industrial properties. Coffman also manages complex sale-leaseback transactions, overseeing teams on due diligence for larger portfolios. Additionally, he represents borrowers and financial institutions in servicing matters for both distressed and performing assets.
Kendal G. Price – Price is an experienced real estate attorney whose practice focuses primarily on the acquisition, financing and development of commercial real estate properties. She has considerable real estate experience representing both borrowers and lenders, focusing on financing multifamily, industrial, retail, commercial and mixed-use properties nationwide. Price also represents developers and owners in connection with the development of large scale industrial and retail properties. Price also has extensive experience as opinion counsel. She is also well-versed in non-consolidation opinions, and routinely issues these opinions on the borrower side as well as reviews such opinions on the lender side. Additionally, Price’s background includes experience in bankruptcy and restructuring and she has represented debtors and landlords in insolvency proceedings.
Jacob B. Vissing – Vissing focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and commercial finance, advising developers, lenders, and borrowers on complex transactions involving the development, purchase, sale, lease, and financing of commercial real estate, including retail shopping centers, multifamily housing, renewable energy projects, and industrial facilities. As part of his real estate practice, Vissing frequently represents developers and municipalities in connection with land use and zoning matters. Jonathan E. Roach – Roach focuses on land use, zoning, and real estate litigation, representing both local governments and private clients in matters that enhance community well-being. He regularly pursues public nuisance litigation to address problem properties and owners while also handling labor and employment disputes. Previously, Roach served as an assistant city solicitor for Cincinnati, leading efforts to rehabilitate blighted buildings, close criminal nuisance properties, and recover substantial unpaid fees for the city. He began his career as a prosecutor, gaining trial experience in jury and bench cases.
