OSHA Enforcement Revamp: What Employers Can Expect Next

September 14, 2022 12:00 pm EST Free Webinar

From attempting to implement a COVID-19 vaccine-or-test mandate, to the adoption of several new emphasis programs and enforcement initiatives, it has been a busy year for the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and for the many employers subject to OSHA’s enforcement. In this one-hour webinar, Frost Brown Todd attorneys Kyle Johnson and Steve Tolbert will highlight some of OSHA’s recent and expected enforcement activities, as well as how employers should shape their safety policies and practices to meet new requirements. Kyle and Steve will also help prepare you for when the OSHA inspector comes knocking – from the initial investigation through handling citations.

*This program is pending approval for SHRM and HRCI credits.
