Frost Brown Todd defended a management consultant when sued by an employee of a barge loading facility on the Ohio River. He was severely injured when he fell climbing a cell tower in the river, after his safety line slipped from his hand and he climbed anyway. He sued his employer, the barge company, the line manufacturer and our client, themanagement /safety consultant for the employer. The Plaintiffs asked for over $35 million in damages. The jury returned a verdict assessing 0% liability to our client, as well as the barge company and line manufacturer.
