Biography

As an Associate at Frost Brown Todd, Zachary is part of the Business Combinations and Capital Transactions Practice Group. During law school, Zachary served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law and as the Secretary of the Business Law Society. He was previously a Summer Associate at the firm and a Legal Intern at the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy in Lexington, KY.
