Bill is a member in the environmental practice group, with a specialty focus on air quality issues. For more than 30 years, he has counselled a wide range of manufacturing clients regarding plant expansions, processing changes, transactions and enforcement defense in matters brought by local, state, and federal environmental agencies. He has extensive experience with all aspects of the Clean Air Act, including major and minor New Source Review (NSR), New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) requirements, and Title V operating permits. Bill also has unique experience and insight with regards to compliance counseling in all environmental media to the automobile manufacturing and parts industries.
Prior to private practice, served as managing attorney for air and water programs at the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
Currently serves as outside environmental counsel for a number of major corporations, including several automotive manufacturing companies, Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturers, and foundries.
