Truda is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, including human resources, marketing, IT, finance, and practice group management. She works closely with firm leaders, department chairs, and executive committee members to develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, engagement, and firm culture. Truda also helps to identify strategic growth opportunities, manage resources and budget allocation, and streamline operations to improve cross-sectional collaboration and create cost savings for the firm.
Truda has over 20 years of management and consulting experience, focusing primarily on the legal services market. She has been instrumental in enterprise-wide efforts that have resulted in consistent revenue growth year-over-year through effective planning and the implementation of new processes, policies, and procedures. Her work has also directly contributed to increased client and employee retention through operational excellence, talent management, and the adoption of team-driven and client-centric service models.
Truda earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago’s School of Law. She also has a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s in marketing from the University of Illinois.
