Biography

Tommy is an associate with experience in a wide range of general business matters including mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and lending, and corporate governance. Tommy also advises local authorities and businesses regarding tax credit programs and financial assistance to encourage economic development and expansion throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with his B.B.A., Tommy earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenburg School of Law. During law school, Tommy served as staff editor of the Kentucky Law Journal for Equine, Agricultural, and Natural Resources Law, and President of the Business Law Society.  Tommy also earned his MBA from the University of Kentucky Gatton School of Business.
