Scott practices corporate, finance and real estate law, focusing in the areas of public finance, real estate, and multiple aspects of business matters. Scott has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel and purchaser’s counsel in a variety of tax-exempt and taxable financings, economic development transactions, public-private partnerships and other financing structures.  Scott’s representative experience includes real estate purchase agreements and leases, tax abatements, annexation, open door and public records issues. He also works with clients on contract negotiations, commercial transactions and general corporate compliance matters. Scott maintains a diverse practice representing both public and private clients in a wide-array of business issues, including serving as outside counsel for a non-profit corporation that provides sports services and programs.
