Sarah concentrates her practice in both commercial litigation and labor and employment disputes. She is adept at all phases of litigation, having handled matters from pre-suit negotiation all the way through trial and the appeals process. She has also handled disputes involving unfair competition issues, including non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and she has defended employers in federal and state courts in cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
