Rachael is an associate of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. She is primarily engaged in trademark practice, from clearance searches and preparation of trademark applications to trademark prosecution and other matters related to portfolio management.
Prior to joining FBT, Rachael worked in federal business litigation representing clients through all phases of litigation, from responding to initial complaints, to managing discovery and filing dispositive motions. While in law school, Rachael interned in the trademark department of an AM Law 100 law firm and was a part of the Maurer School of Law Intellectual Property Clinic, where she assisted startups and small businesses with the preparation and filing of trademark applications and provided guidance on the likelihood of mark registration.
