Rachael has been an Associate on the Trademarks service team in Intellectual Property with FBT for 2 years. She has gained experience in all aspects of trademark practice, including trademark preparation and prosecution, mark clearance, and enforcement and litigation, specifically the defense and prosecution of inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Rachael also has experience with helping clients resolve domain name disputes through Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) actions. Prior to joining FBT, Rachael worked in federal business litigation representing corporate clients through all phases of litigation.
While in law school at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Rachael interned in the trademark department of an AM Law 100 law firm and was a part of Maurer’s Intellectual Property Clinic. Rachael is active in the Indianapolis legal community as an active member of the S. Jay Plager Intellectual Property American Inn of Court and serves as a mentor for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Success in Law School Mentoring Program.
