Patrick’s practice is focused on complex financings, structured finance, and counseling governmental and banking clients on federal tax issues associated with new money, current refunding and advance refunding tax-exempt financings; the issuance of governmental bonds, exempt facility bonds, qualified small issue manufacturing bonds and 501(c)(3) bonds; as well as post issuance compliance matters including arbitrage rebate and yield restriction requirements.
