Nathan represents institutional lenders in complex real estate transactions, focusing specifically on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). Nathan has represented lenders financing a broad array of commercial assets, including multi-family properties, shopping centers, hotels, offices, senior housing and self-storage facilities. His transactional experience also includes leading skilled teams of attorneys and other legal professionals handling title insurance, survey and zoning due diligence for large multi-property, cross-collateralized loans.
Nathan received his juris doctorate from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2013. While in law school, Nathan served as a Senior Editor on the Northern Kentucky Law Review. He earned his bachelorโs degree from Bellarmine University in 2009.
