Matt serves clients of all sizes, from individual inventors to international conglomerates, and has advised regarding data, AI, software, electrical, mechanical, semiconductor, cryptography, security, and electromagnetic technologies in industries as diverse as computer security, automotive, digital advertising, banking, wireless communications, telematics, music distribution, blockchain, and retail. He brings his educational and Department of Defense work background in intellectual property, computer engineering, cryptography, and security to bear on clients’ management of data systems and policies, vendor agreements, pursuit of patent rights, development of trademark rights, engagement in technology transactions, and licensing of a vast array of IP and technology.
Matt is currently the chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of IEEE-USA and serves weekly as a lay counselor/coach at the Grace Care Center in Noblesville, Indiana. He is admitted to practice as a patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
