Biography

Mary’s has been in the title insurance business since 1979. Starting as a title examiner for residential property, she eventually examined both residential and commercial properties in more than 13 counties in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Mary moved into the office in the late 1980’s and became involved in all facets of the title insurance business, ranging from title review and commitment typist, to closer, remitting premiums to underwriters, to underwriting and closing complex multi-site, multi-state, multi-million dollar commercial transactions.

Mary has been a licensed agent to write title insurance in Ohio since March1991 and Indiana since September 2015. She is currently a member of Ohio Land Title Association and the Southwestern Ohio Land Title Association. Mary was formerly involved with Commercial Real Estate Women of Greater Cincinnati.

Mary has been handling multi-site, multi-state and multi-million dollar commercial transactions for over 30 years. Her experiences include:

• Coordinating the multi-million dollar refinance of 34 properties in seven states
• Purchase and financing of 65 properties for a national lending institution
• Compilation of properties for the purchase and financing of several shopping centers and multi-use properties

Though Mary works on closing transactions on a national level, she routinely works on transactions in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky and has extensive knowledge of procedures and underwriting practices for this area of the country.
