Biography

Lisa has been with the firm since 1991. She has over 30 years of law firm and in-house litigation experience including asbestos litigation, large retail bankruptcy, accounting malpractice, product liability, insurance defense, commercial litigation, school board client tax work and land use and zoning matters. She has managed various size litigation matters. She assists with all aspects of the discovery process including document review, document coding and production, drafting pleadings, deposition preparation, trial preparation, trial and appeal work. She also has expertise with tax valuation complaints and public record requests. She has knowledge with full text, indexed and document control litigation software to manage large document cases as well as track litigation and court deadlines.
