Biography

Lindsey is an associate in the Environmental Practice Group. She focuses her practice on environmental litigation, transactional and regulatory matters, including work involving the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and other major state and federal environmental regulatory programs.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Lindsey worked for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, where she assisted with matters involving water pollution, brownfields, and solid and hazardous wastes.
