Biography

Kelly’s primary role is assisting attorneys with commercial and real estate transaction due diligence review, document preparation, UCC filing and maintaining closing files. During her 12-year tenure with Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease she assisted attorneys in representing lenders and borrowers with new construction and refinancing of HUD/FHA insured multifamily housing and elderly care facility closings in all 50 states. Since joining Frost Brown Todd she has assisted in the closing of a $3.1 billion purchase of 209 commercial properties in 22 states, including $400 million in assumed financing, share sales and asset sales.
