Biography

Karrie has worked in municipal finance in West Virginia for over 30 years. She has provided assistance when the team has served as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, borrower’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, issuer’s counsel, developer’s counsel, placement agent counsel and related roles with respect to a variety of tax-exempt and taxable bond issues. Such bonds have been issued for projects across West Virginia for hospitals, universities, public highways, public schools, municipal and county office buildings, civic arenas, stadiums, and airports. In addition, she has been directly involved in water and sewer projects issued by municipalities and public service districts which financed projects through local banks and certain state agency lending programs, including the West Virginia Water Development Authority.
