Jon Bont represents corporate and individual clients at all stages of criminal or civil regulatory investigations and prosecutions, including trial and appeal. He has defended cases involving complex securities, wire fraud, political corruption, racketeering, tax, kickbacks, and medical billing issues, as well as cases involving highly personal allegations of misconduct. Jon is a former Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana where he prosecuted criminal and civil cases from investigation through trial. Now, he regularly uses the investigation skills he developed in that role to assist companies with internal investigations into fraud, waste and abuse as well as other highly sensitive matters.
