As the Lateral Recruiting Director, Jessica plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of Frost Brown Todd by strategically identifying and attracting highly talented lateral attorneys who align with our mission and goals. Her expertise in legal recruiting, combined with her strong leadership skills, drives the success of our lateral attorney recruitment program.
This program is designed to identify, attract, and retain a diverse and exceptional legal workforce. Jessica collaborates closely with Department Chairs and Practice Group Leaders to discern current and future staffing requirements, instigates lateral searches, and meticulously reviews applications for high potential candidates.
With a background spanning over a decade in higher education admissions, Jessica possesses extensive experience in recruitment. During this time, she excelled in recruiting students for both her university’s law school and medical school. Her paramount passion revolves around fostering connections and providing unwavering support to the individuals she recruits throughout their professional journeys. The decision to join the Frost Brown Todd family was fueled by the firm’s vibrant culture and its steadfast commitment to fostering diversity.
