Biography

Jenni has a wide range of experience in land acquisition and development as well as due diligence matters including: title and survey review; commercial closings; contract negotiating and drafting; and negotiating and drafting easements, leases, and other real estate instruments with respect to real estate transactions. She also has experience in site development and residential mortgage lending. Jenni is also a title agent licensed in Ohio.

Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Jenni worked for residential home builders and commercial developers. She has experience in the acquisition of large undeveloped tracts of land as well as multi-parcel sites for redevelopment from residential or other existing uses to new retail construction.
