Erin represents creditors and other parties in interest in bankruptcy proceedings, restructurings and out-of-court workouts, along with companies in financial distress. Erin has significant experience in retail and restaurant bankruptcy cases in which she represents owners and managers of shopping centers and addresses the full spectrum of related issues. Erin’s experience includes handling contested assumptions, assignments, and rejections of leases, litigating claims against a debtor’s estate, and related disputes over DIP financing, and issues related to a debtor’s plan of liquidation or reorganization. Erin also represents all types of clients in bankruptcy related litigation, include avoidance actions, claims defense, contested stay relief actions, cramdowns and cash collateral disputes.

In addition, Erin has experience representing liquidating trustees and plan administrators in the post-confirmation winddown of bankruptcy estates, including overseeing the liquidation of assets, claim reconciliation process and prosecution of avoidance actions.

Before joining the firm, Erin gained extensive experience in bankruptcy and litigation as an associate at a creditors’ rights firm in Boston, where she maintained a state and federal court practice in Massachusetts and New York.
