Drew is an Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. He routinely represents lenders in complex commercial real estate loan originations, servicing, and modifications. His experience covers a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, multi-family, hotel, office, and self-storage properties, and deal sizes ranging from $2,000,000 to over $250,000,000. Additionally, Drew focuses on property diligence and complex corporate structures, including analyzing and negotiating governing organizational documents, leases, property title, and purchase and sale agreements.
Drew serves as the 2025 Vice-Chair for the Corporate Section of the Louisville Bar Association.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd in 2021, Drew worked in residential real estate litigation, focusing on issues such as latent and construction defects. In law school, Drew served as Senior Staff for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, & Natural Resources Law and interned with the Fayette County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office in Lexington.
