Biography

Courtney works within the Commercial Finance Practice Group of the Business Department in the Lexington, KY office. She focuses her work primarily on representing lenders in commercial real estate and construction loans. Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd in 2022, she was the managing attorney for a local title company and dealt with both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Courtney earned her J.D. at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 2020, where she was Public Relations Chair of the Women’s Law Caucus and Symposium Editor of the University of Louisville Law Review.
