Chris focuses his practice in the areas of commercial services, finance, and real estate, and represents financial institutions, lenders, sponsors, and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions. Chris also represents clients in general business and commercial matters.
In addition, Chris has experience serving as special counsel to counties and states in conjunction with the structuring, negotiation and financing of some of the regionโs most transformative redevelopment and infrastructure projects, including stadium developments, riverfront developments, and large-scale transportation infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a Senior Compliance Consulting Analyst for Wolters Kluwerโs Financial Services division. Additionally, he worked in a variety of roles at Fifth Third Bank while in law school.
Assisted with appeal to Kentucky Board of Education of decision on charter school application.
