Chris focuses her practice on environmental litigation and regulatory matters, including work involving the Clean Air Act and the Clean Water Act.
Prior to joining Frost Brown Todd, Chris served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Enforcement Section of the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. There she represented the State of Ohio and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency in state enforcement litigation and administrative proceedings. Chris’s experience also includes collaborating with a team of state and local government petitioners appealing the Cross State Air Pollution Rule.
During law school, Chris interned with the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office and served as a student law clerk for Hon. Audrey G. Fleissig in the Eastern District of Missouri.
