Chris is a public finance attorney whose practice focuses on assisting with complex public finance transactions and economic development projects. He has experience assisting with matters for governmental issues, as well as 501(c)(3) organizations, including entities in the healthcare industry, having assisted in serving as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, developer’s counsel, and underwriter’s counsel. In order to increase economic development in the area, he has also gained experience with tax increment financing and Property Assessed Clean Energy programs. Chris has closed numerous large commercial lending deals and has experience with corporate guidance and corporate acquisitions. Through effective legal project management, he offers efficient and accurate legal expertise. Prior to joining the firm, Chris interned with corporations in the energy industry providing advice on potential investments and real estate acquisitions.
