Brett is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group. He represents employers in federal court, state court, and various federal and state administrative agencies on a variety of matters, including claims of discrimination and retaliation, accommodation questions, workplace investigations, employment policies, employee discipline, and wage and hour compliance. Brett has represented employers in matters brought under Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, the Indiana Civil Rights Act, and various other federal and state employment laws.
Prior to joining FBT, Brett represented employers in labor and employment and workers’ compensation matters and government entities in litigation. Additionally, Brett gained valuable jury trial experience as a public defender in Delaware.
Brett graduated magna cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2014, where he served as External Managing Editor of the Widener Law Review.
