Brandon also has an extensive background in corporate and commercial law and excels at maintaining responsibility for manufacturers’ legal affairs all across commercial, employment and intellectual property matters as well as complex real and personal property divestitures. He has advised national and international corporations on mergers and acquisitions, litigation, tax and real estate matters, environmental compliance, creditors’ rights, corporate governance, compliance and risk management.
