Brad’s practice focuses on antitrust, trade regulation, and franchise matters, and includes litigating on behalf of clients in the financial services, insurance, automotive, real estate, health care, manufacturing and securities industries. A significant portion of Brad’s litigation practice involves representing loan servicers and investors in the commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities industry and insurers in the life, disability, ERISA, and managed-care industry.
Brad also maintains a robust regulatory practice advising clients on compliance with foreign, federal, and state laws in international trade, competition, food, drug, medical device, agriculture, tobacco, and financial services matters.
