Biography

Ben is a business litigator from Eastern Kentucky with a unique practice history. After twice serving as a judicial law clerk, he was trained by a national plaintiff firm known for pioneering nursing home litigation. His legal practice then spanned across the Southeast, Chicagoland, and Southern California.

During his career, Ben has conducted hundreds of depositions, including deposing corporate designees and clinical supervisors. He has also drafted and argued trial court briefing concerning arbitration enforcement, HIPAA protected health information, and e-discovery. And he has appellate briefed many of the same issues.

When he is not practicing law, Ben loves watching sports. He has visited 18 MLB stadiums, attended numerous Indy 500s, and most recently journeyed to Old Trafford for an EPL match.
