Biography

Ashley Odubeko serves as the Firm’s Deputy General Counsel and Privacy Officer. She advises the Firm on issues related to legal ethics, risk management, contracts and regulatory compliance. She also leads the Firm’s privacy compliance efforts.

With a wealth of experience spanning various legal roles, Ashley has extensive experience in data privacy, compliance, and corporate law. She previously served as the Assistant General Counsel and Privacy Officer for an Am Law 100 international law firm, Senior Counsel for a Fortune 500 automotive parts retailer, Director for a publicly traded REIT, Assistant General Counsel for a state government department and Corporate Associate for a regional law firm.  In her previous positions at leading firms and organizations, she has demonstrated proficiency in navigating regulatory frameworks and mitigating legal risks for her employers.
