Amy represents financial institutions in connection with complex commercial real estate lending transactions including hotels, multifamily housing, offices, retail centers, medical offices, industrial properties, senior housing, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. She also represents non-lending clients in connection with commercial real estate sales/acquisitions, financing, leasing matters, and real estate development.
Amy’s background also includes managing a team of attorneys, paralegals and legal staff responsible for closing CMBS loans for national lending clients. She has also represented commercial mortgage loan servicers and special servicers in connection with workouts and foreclosures related to CMBS loan defaults.
Finally, Amy practices in the area of municipal law, and has represented both local units of government and individuals in connection with locally and federally funded redevelopment projects involving eminent domain and relocation under the Uniform Relocation Assistance Act (URA).
