Biography

Adam serves as an Associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2023 after participating in Frost Brown Toddโ€™s summer associate program in 2022. Before joining the firm, Adam served as a legal extern for USA Track & Field and as a legal intern for a technology manufacturing firm. Adam has experience analyzing and summarizing both domestic and foreign real property leases for the multi-jurisdictional manufacturer. In his previous roles, he was involved actively in assisting the General Counsel in day-to-day activities, including property acquisitions, contract drafting, and ensuring governmental compliance.

Adam graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served as the Senior Executive Editor for the Indiana Law Review. Adam won the Papke Prize for Best Student Note for his publication in the 56th Volume of the Indiana Law Review titled โ€œNCAA โ€˜NIL,โ€™ Student-Athletes โ€˜Wonโ€™: The Recommended Approach for Indianaโ€™s Name, Image, and Likeness Legislation Following NCAA v. Alston.” Before law school, Adam graduated from Indiana University where he was a five-year member of the track and field team, helping to lead the team to two Big-Ten indoor track championships.
