Biography

Alyssa is a member of FBT’s Product, Tort, & Insurance Litigation practice group. She holds a breadth of civil litigation experience, along with business and nonprofit advising. In litigation matters, Alyssa focuses her practice on business and complex civil disputes, personal injury matters, municipal defense, professional liability, and general tort liability. Alyssa also assists business and nonprofit clients with general business advising, contract review, business entity filings, federal tax exemption filings, including 501(c)(3) applications, U.S. Trademark registrations, and pre-litigation dispute resolution.

In her free time, Alyssa is dedicated to giving back to her community and improving the practice of law through involvement in professional organizations. Alyssa has served on the Board of Directors for multiple nonprofit organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for CASA of Floyd County, which focuses on advocating for abused and neglected children in the Court system. Alyssa has also held various leadership roles with the Indiana State Bar Association, where she has served as Chair of the Young Lawyers Section and on the Board of Governors.
