Practice focuses on domestic and international corporate transactions and litigation

Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Indianapolis office is expanding with the addition of Member Nick Huang. Huang works in a variety of industries, including real estate, construction and health care. He handles international and domestic business transactions and litigation.

He also has extensive general counsel experience advising on everything from mergers and acquisitions and construction management to a range of employment litigation. Huang also provides estate planning guidance.

“Nick will be a valuable addition to our corporate team,” said Indianapolis Member-in-Charge Kandi Hidde. “He has great connections in the business community, and we look forward to him joining FBT to provide additional benefits including guidance on corporate regulations and compliance, director and officer responsibilities, and general business planning to our current and future clients.”

Huang earned his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law. He has his BA in Economics from University of Michigan and his MBA from Butler University. Huang is involved with the Asian American community in Indianapolis, including serving as general counsel for the Taiwanese American Foundation, TaiwaneseAmerican.org, and the Indy Chinese School at Indiana University Purdue University.
