Financial services attorney Alyson N. Hurley joined Frost Brown Todd’s (FBT) Columbus, OH office as a Member. Hurley assists businesses with commercial real estate and asset-based commercial lending needs. She represents financial institutions and insurance companies closing complex loan transactions and developers in negotiating loan documents and drafting leases, purchase and sale agreements, acquisitions, and coordination of all real estate due diligence work.
