Frost Brown Todd (FBT) Member Jared Tully has been selected for the 2022 edition of West Virginia Super Lawyers® for attaining a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. No more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers®. FBT Member Katherine Capito and Senior Associate William Swann have been selected for the 2022 edition of West Virginia Rising Stars®, which recognizes the top two and a half percent of up-and-coming lawyers in the state.

Tully is the Vice-Chair of FBT’s Business Litigation practice group and leads the firm’s Financial Institutions team. He has extensive experience helping clients solve complex problems facing their business and concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.

Capito has significant experience handling litigation matters, particularly in labor and employment. Her experience includes handling all facets of litigation, including providing counsel, arguing and drafting motions, managing discovery and conducting trials.

Swann was recognized for his work in government relations. He represents a variety of clients in the health care, energy, telecommunications, beverage, and gaming industries before the West Virginia legislature. Swann helps clients achieve successful outcomes by combining knowledge of the legislative process and relationships with key members of the House and Senate, respectively.

Super Lawyers®, part of Thomson Reuters, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers with independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.
