May 2006, FBT lawyers prevailed on behalf of our client the Office of the Governor of Kentucky on a motion for a writ of mandamus ordering the Franklin County, Kentucky Circuit Court to instruct a grand jury on the legal effect of the Governor’s grant of amnesty.
