Join Frost Brown Todd at the Indiana Repertory Theatre for the fourth session of FBT’s Breakfast Leadership Series. Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett will be joined by Heather Wilson, Member-In-Charge of Frost Brown Todd’s Indianapolis office, in a fireside chat discussing Mayor Hogsett’s “It’s My City” initiative.
Inspired by the legacy of the late Mayor Bill Hudnut, “It’s My City” is a three-year campaign designed to spark a recommitment to civic engagement in Indianapolis. The campaign will have a new focus each year, engaging residents and businesses in each step of the progressive improvement of the city and jump starting further neighborhood investment. The goal, at the end of 2019, is to see a city that is cleaner, greener, and more beautiful – and full of citizens who are proud to call Indianapolis home.

On November 3, 2015, Joe Hogsett was elected to serve as the 49th Mayor for the City of Indianapolis. Mayor Joe is using the same results-oriented approach that he cultivated in his time as U.S. Attorney to focus on public safety, neighborhoods, and the fiscal well-being of the city.
Now in his second year in office, Mayor Hogsett has lifted the 35-year moratorium on streetlights, returned IMPD to a community-based policing model and put forth a plan for systemic criminal justice reform, and created Indianapolis’ first comprehensive youth summer employment program — all while cutting the city’s structural budget deficit in half.
