Heather is a member of the labor and employment practice group and member-in-charge of the Indianapolis office. She concentrates her practice in employment litigation and general business counseling. Heather represents employers in both federal and state court involving claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, The Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, covenants not to compete and wage claims. Heather represents employers in proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Indiana Civil Rights Commission. She also counsels employers on litigation avoidance. Jennifer practices labor and employment law in the Cincinnati and West Chester offices of Frost Brown Todd. Jennifer concentrates her practice in employment litigation in federal and state courts, as well as before governmental agencies such as the EEOC and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). In addition to litigating claims, Jennifer also frequently advises clients on issues related to affirmative action plans, including preparing plans, planning for and defending OFCCP audits and conducting compensation analyses.
