Heather represents employers in both federal and state court involving claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, The Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, covenants not to compete and wage claims. Jennifer practices labor and employment law in the Cincinnati and West Chester offices of Frost Brown Todd.
